If you notice your laptop is not charging, holding a charge, or powering on at all, please reach out to the IT helpdesk for assistance. You can also attempt these following instructions to get back up and running.
Please:
- Try a different power outlet
- Try a known good power adapter
- Perform a hard reset
- Press and hold down the power button for 15-30 seconds
- Reboot
Note: If the laptop is almost completely charged, the docking station may be designed to work that way to prevent damage to the battery
