MacOS - Yankton Mobility Print - Print Job Stuck in Print Center
If you haven't configured the printer already, START HERE
If you are attempting to send a print job to the Yankton Mobility Print printing queue, and your print job is remaining in your print center, this is likely due to your credentials stored in your keychain.
- View your print job in the print center.
- Select the "refresh" button on the far right of the print job. This will bring up a screen requiring credentials. Note: In this screenshot, the credentials are set for the local user on the device. Ensure this name and password match your MMU credentials.
- Enter your MMU credentials. Note: We recommend saving these MMU credentials to your keychain so you do not run into this issue again.
- Select Ok, and the print job will refresh and attempt to print again.
- If the print job disappears from your print center, the device has properly communicated to the Yankton Mobility Print queue. If it does not, contact the IT Helpdesk for more assistance.
