If you are receiving this popup when logging in, please use the following instructions to setup Microsoft Authenticator.
Setting up Microsoft Authenticator with the Application (OPTION 1)
- Sign in to your MMU provided account HERE
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator Application on your Mobile Devices (iOS or Android)
- Scan the Microsoft provided QR code within your Microsoft Authenticator App
- If you cannot scan the QR code, there is an option to enter a code manually
- Once configured, the application will test the authentication method by requiring you to confirm your mobile app with the on-screen code provided
- You have now setup Microsoft Authenticator.
To view the One-Time Password Code within the Application
- Log in to the mobile app (Microsoft Authenticator)
- Select the bottom tab of "Authenticator"
- Select your MMU Account
- Your time sensitive passcode will be listed under "One-time password code"
- Note: This changes every 30 seconds
Setting up Microsoft MFA with your Phone or Email (OPTION 2)
- Sign in to your MMU provided account HERE
- Select "I want to set up a different method"
- Choose the method you would like to use:
- App
- Phone
- Email
- Enter your phone number or email address here
- Select Next and verify your sign in with the applicable device
