Here you will learn how to submit an incident report for an issue with your MMU provided laptop.
Please:
- Navigate to the Service Catalog on the support client portal
- Select, "Ask a question, report an incident, or request a service"
- Then select, "Report an Incident"
- Fill out and submit the incident form
Note: Be sure to include, time and date of occurrence, the device asset tag, and the incident that occurred. If you are in need of a loaner laptop, mention this with your request.

- Accidental hardware damage
- Dropped the laptop
- Broken screen
- Accidental spill on laptop
- Broken or free floating keys
- Etc.
