Reporting an Issue with your MMU Laptop

Here you will learn how to submit an incident report for an issue with your MMU provided laptop. 

Please:

  • Navigate to the Service Catalog on the support client portal
  • Select, "Ask a question, report an incident, or request a service"
  • Then select, "Report an Incident"
  • Fill out and submit the incident form

Note: Be sure to include, time and date of occurrence, the device asset tag, and the incident that occurred. If you are in need of a loaner laptop, mention this with your request.

Instances:

  • Accidental hardware damage
  • Dropped the laptop
  • Broken screen
  • Accidental spill on laptop
  • Broken or free floating keys
  • Etc.
