Keyboard is Not Working

If you are experiencing issues with your Keyboard and Mouse, please try the following steps before contacting the IT department.

Please:

  1. Unplug the USB dongle from the computer or unplug the USB dongle from the docking station and plug it back in
  2. Reboot the computer
  3. Replace the batteries
  4. Update the computer and drivers

If the steps above did not resolve your issue, please contact the IT helpdesk for further assistance.

Please include:

  1. Specify if the system is a Laptop or a Desktop
  2. What issues the keyboard is having
  3. The building and room number where you are located
  4. Times that you are available for a technician to come and troubleshoot the keyboard
