If you are experiencing issues with your Keyboard and Mouse, please try the following steps before contacting the IT department.
Please:
- Unplug the USB dongle from the computer or unplug the USB dongle from the docking station and plug it back in
- Reboot the computer
- Replace the batteries
- Update the computer and drivers

Please include:
- Specify if the system is a Laptop or a Desktop
- What issues the keyboard is having
- The building and room number where you are located
- Times that you are available for a technician to come and troubleshoot the keyboard
