Printer will not install on Windows 11 computer

                            Yankton Mobility Printer Installation Troubleshooting

When having issues intalling the Papercut Printer on a Windows 11 device:

• Verify that your are using Windows11 Pro or Home versions, Windows 11 Home S will not work to print.
• Verify that your MMU email/login password is correct:
• Verify that your Computer's Device Name is 15 characters or less: To find this go to  

1. Press Windows + I to open Settings
2. Click on System in the left pane
3. Select About from the right side
4. Your computer name will be displayed under Device name
