Panopto Core

• Fixed an issue when performing multiple deployments, the Zoom/Remote Recorder setting from the IDP incorrectly overrides the deployment-specific setting.  The functionality of these two settings now works independently. The IdP setting no longer affects the deployment setting.
• Fixed an issue with users encountering a “Failed to sign in” error when trying to log in to Panopto via SSO.
