Check the Content Area: The test will be listed in the content area where you deployed it. If you can see it listed with the configured options, it is deployed.
Test Availability: Ensure the test status is set to Available or Visible to students if you want them to take it.
Grade Center: A column for the test should appear in the Grade Center. This is another indication that the test is deployed.
