Subscribing to Knowledge Base Articles and Categories

Users with a TDClient login can subscribe for updates to Knowledge Base categories and articles that they have permission to view.

What changes does the system send notifications out for?

• Article Notifications:
  • When the article is published
  • When a revision is published
  • When the published revision is changed
• Category Notifications
  • When new articles are published in the category
  • When an article revision is published in the category
  • When a published article revision in the category is changed

Subscribing and Unsubscribing for Notifications

To subscribe to an article or category:

1. Navigate to the article/category you want to subscribe to
2. Click the Subscribe button

To unsubscribe from an article or category:

1. Navigate to the article/category you want to subscribe to
2. Click the Unsubscribe button
