Checking the Status of a Ticket

How do I check the status of my ticket I submitted?

  1. Open LancerSolutions
  2. Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner
  3. Enter your MMU email address and password
  4. Navigate to My Requests
  5. View the status of a previous ticket
