How to Submit an IT Helpdesk Support Ticket

How to report an incident to the IT Helpdesk:

There are multiple ways to get support and submit an IT ticket.

  1. Stop in to the IT Helpdesk in person (SLC 105, Yankton Campus)
  2. Email helpdesk@mountmarty.edu to generate a ticket
  3. Create an Incident through your Client Portal

To create an incident through the Client Portal:

  1. Navigate to your Client Portal and log in
    1. You can log into the portal directly by clicking this link: https://support.mountmarty.edu/TDClient/336/Portal/Home/ 
  2. Open the Service Catalog or Select the "Services" Tab
  3. Click "Submit a Ticket"
  4. Select the Corresponding Department
  5. Submit the Request for Review
