How to Fill out the Vehicle Permit Registration Form

  1. Use your mobile devices camera to scan this QR code.

  2. Fill out and submit the vehicle permit registration form.

  3. Once submitted, campus safety will email you to set up a time for pickup.

 

Option 2 - Visit the Campus Security Service Catalog

Note: You must be signed in to LancerSolutions to submit this request (Click sign-in within the top right corner)

  1. Using your computers browser, visit LancerSolutions
  2. Then select Services, found within the header
  3. Select the Campus Safety service catalog
  4. Then select Vehicle Permit Registration Form
  5. Fill out and submit the form for Campus security to review
  6. Campus Safety will then email you to set up a time for pickup
