Classroom Equipment and Instructions

Classroom PC (Input 1 / Output 1 & 2 / Enter)

  1. To use the Classroom PC, on either the MT VIKI remote or the Switcher within the Cabinet, select Input 1

  2. Then select each screen (Left and/or Right TV) that you would like to send the input to, Output 1 and/or Output 2.

  3. Using the remote, Press Ok. Using the switcher, press Enter.

Airtame (Input 4 / Output 1 & 2 / Enter)

  1. To use the Classroom Airtame, on either the MT VIKI remote or the Switcher within the Cabinet, select Input 4

  2. Then select each screen (Left and/or Right TV) that you would like to send the input to, Output 1 and/or Output 2.

  3. Using the remote, Press Ok. Using the switcher, press Enter.

  4. On your laptop, ensure the Airtame application is downloaded. Ensure you are on the network source of Enterprise_secure.

  5. Once installed, launch the software and search for Bede 210.

  6. Select Share Screen and on the TV(s), there should be a screen code for you to confirm you are connecting to the correct TV. (Enter the Code)

Personal PC (Input 3 / Output 1 & 2 / Enter)

  1. To use your personal PC, on either the MT VIKI remote or the Switcher within the Cabinet, select Input 3 (Podium)

  2. Then select each screen (Left and/or Right TV) that you would like to send the input to, Output 1 and/or Output 2.

  3. Using the remote, Press Ok. Using the switcher, press Enter.

  4. Use the provide HDMI cable at the podium to plug in.
