Room Equipment and Instructions

Airtame (HDMI 2)

  1. To use the Airtame device, select the input button on the Panel.

  2. Then select HDMI 2 for your source.

  3. On your laptop, ensure the Airtame application is downloaded. Ensure you are on the network source of Enterprise_secure.

  4. Once installed, launch the software and search for SLC Boardroom.

  5. Select Share Screen and on the panel, there should be a screen code for you to confirm you are connecting to the correct panel. (Enter the Code)

Classroom PC (HDMI 3)

  1. To use the Room PC, select the input button on the Panel.

  2. Then select HDMI 3 for your source.

Personal Laptop (HDMI 4)

  1. To use your own laptop with the provided HDMI cable, select the input button on the Panel.

  2. Then select HDMI 4 for your source.
