  • Touchscreen Display: Yes, this room does support a touch screen display. There is a SMART podium located at the front of the classroom that offers a touch display while using the Classroom PC.
  • Room Flexibility: This room offers the ability to be moved and arranged the way you desire. With movable and foldable desks, it can be configured to meet expectations for your next meeting, class, or remote session.

Classroom Equipment and Instructions

Classroom PC (HDMI 2)

  1. To use the Classroom PC, select the input button on the TV remote.

  2. Then select HDMI 2 for your source.

Airtame (HDMI 3)

  1. To use the Airtame device, select the input button on the TV remote.

  2. Then select HDMI 3 for your source.

  3. On your laptop, ensure the Airtame application is downloaded. Ensure you are on the network source of Enterprise_secure.

  4. Once installed, launch the software and search for Teaching and Learning Center.

  5. Select Share Screen and on the TV, there should be a screen code for you to confirm you are connecting to the correct panel. (Enter the Code)
