Ensure your devices Bluetooth Discovery is set for "Advanced"
On a Windows Device:
- Open up Settings
- Navigate to "Bluetooth and Devices"
- Select "More Devices"
- Select "More Bluetooth Settings"
- Select the checkbox for "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC"
- Apply changes
