Viewing my Tickets

How can I view the tickets I have submitted?

  1. Open LancerSolutions
  2. Click Services in the blue bar at the top of the screen
  3. Click Ticket Requests in the grey bar at the top of the screen
    • Note: New, In Process, and On Hold tickets are shown by default. Change the status class to view closed tickets
  4. Click the Title link to view the ticket details
  5. Once in the ticket you can:
    1. View the feed
    2. Update or comment
    3. Add an attachment
    4. Withdraw your request
