Connecting a ChromeOS Device to the Wireless

The following Antivirus Software Packages are known to cause issues.

Webroot / AVG / Avast

 

  1. In your settings, connect to the connect_mountmarty wireless.

  1. Once you are connected to connect_mountmarty open a web browser if it has not opened already and search for the Mount Marty onboard site. If it does not redirect, you can copy this URL:   https://onboard2.cloudpath.net/enroll/MountMartyCollege/Production/process

  2. Check the “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” box and click the start button.

  3. Next click the “Staff/Faculty/Students” option.

  4. Type in your Mount Marty Username and Password and click the “Continue” button.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. The next page will be a list of your registered devices you can manage. If none appear, you have no devices registered. Click continue.

  6. Now follow the on-screen instructions that provide the password.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  7. Download the File, DO NOT OPEN IT, and copy and paste the provided URL into a browser: chrome://network/#general

  8. Import the ONC File

  9. Verify the file was imported.

  10. Go back to your Network settings and connect to Device_secure with the provided password.

  11. Verify your device has been connected.
