Unable to access Google Drive Files

Resolution
Manually open the Google Drive Application and make sure you are logged in with your MMU Credentials. The Google drive app is located either on the Task Bar to the left of the Date & Time or under the apps listed on the Windows Start Button (little square box located at the bottom of the screen on the left side of the Task Bar.
- If you are still having issues notify IT by submitting a ticket or calling the HelpDesk.
