Using the SUM Function in Google Sheets
With a formula:
Open a spreadsheet.
Type an equal sign (=) in a cell and type in the function you want to use. We will type in SUM

With the Explore button:
Highlight the cells you want to calculate
In the bottom right, find Explore
Next to Explore, you'll see
Sum: total
To see more calculations, click Sum, Average, Minimum, Maximum, Count, or Count Numbers
