Files Won't Open in OneDrive

If you are receiving an error when attempting to open a file from OneDrive or if you are unable to download and view a file, please try these steps:

  1. Restart the computer, check to see if files are accessible
  2. Sign out of OneDrive and sign back in, check to see if files are accessible
