Bluetooth Headset not Playing Computer Sounds

If you are experiencing issues with your Bluetooth headset, please use the instructions provided before reaching out to the IT helpdesk.

Please:

  1. Click the Windows Icon Button
  2. Type Bluetooth
  3. Click Bluetooth and other device settings
  4. Click Add Bluetooth or other device
  5. Click Everything else
  6. Set headset into pairing mode
  7. Click headset
  8. Connect
